Quotes and prices
Quotes are based on the information you give us and are fixed in writing before work starts. If the property is materially different on arrival — significantly larger, or requiring specialist work — we will tell you before continuing and agree any change with you first. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Booking and access
Your slot is confirmed by email. You are responsible for providing access, working utilities (water, electricity and hot water) and parking where possible. If we cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the agreed time, a call-out charge of 50% of the quoted price may apply.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, up to 50% of the quoted price may be charged as our cleaners are already scheduled and paid.
Our guarantee
For end of tenancy cleans, if your letting agent or landlord identifies cleaning shortfalls within 72 hours of completion, we return and put them right at no cost. For changeover and commercial work, tell us the same day and we will resolve it on the next visit or sooner where practical. The guarantee covers cleaning only, not pre-existing damage, wear or items outside the agreed scope.
What we don't do
We do not clean biohazards, pest infestations, mould remediation requiring specialist certification, exterior windows above ground floor, or move heavy furniture and white goods without prior agreement. Some limescale, paint damage, staining and scratching is permanent and cannot be removed by cleaning.
Damage and liability
We are fully insured for public and employer's liability. Report any suspected damage within 24 hours of our visit so it can be investigated while the facts are fresh. Our liability is limited to the value of the insurance cover in place and does not extend to loss of income, save where liability cannot be limited by law.
Payment
One-off cleans are payable on completion by bank transfer or card. Contract customers are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms. Late payment may attract statutory interest.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
