What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property details you give us (town, type, size, dates) and any notes you add. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we use it
Solely to prepare and discuss your quote, to schedule and deliver the cleaning you book, and to keep records required for tax and insurance purposes. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, once you book, performance of a contract.
Who we share it with
Only the cleaners assigned to your job and the service providers who host our website, email and accounts. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@tidycleaner.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
