What we do for their properties
Premier Stays manage apartments and townhouses in St Andrews and along the Fife coast, where guests check out at 10am and the next party arrives at 4pm. Our job is to make that six-hour window invisible.
We work directly from their booking calendar, arrive with a clean linen set rather than waiting on a wash, reset every room to the listing photographs, restock the consumables from the owner's cupboard, and report any damage with time-stamped photos before the next guest arrives.
Over a busy summer week that means dozens of turnarounds across St Andrews, the East Neuk and the coastal towns — planned as rounds so nothing depends on one person being free.
